Wow, I was sceptical and a bit worried about using this, I have been using otex for about a week to try and clear wax that was blocking my ear so badly it made me totally deaf to no effect whatsoever. Device received, charged for a couple of hours then braved using it, started slow and gentle then upped the power gradually then suddenly pop and a huge lump of wax in the sink. Water drained out of my ear and my hearing is fully restored. Saved me the pain of trying to book with the doctors as well. No more ear buds or chemicals ever again.

It was very easy to use and it is has multiple options to try. You should clean your ears once in a while to keep hygiene. It felt good when I used it. Pressure control is one additional option and it works great.
